Hatteras Village is on Cape Hatteras Island of the Outer Banks in North Carolina. From the mainland, we can be reached by ferry or driving Hwy 12. Hatteras Village is 56 miles south of the mainland (1 1/2 hours) on Hwy 12 from Nags Head, NC.
